What is Rethiamine?
Rethiamine™, Reta-B1™ and RetaBone™ are complementary identities for one proprietary Panacea Bio Chem research formulation: 5 mg retatrutide and 20 mg thiamine—vitamin B1—presented as a dual-layer Peptourbillon™ inside the lyophilised chamber of Lyoprester SS™, with a separate 0.5 mL P-EARLs™ reconstitution chamber.
Rethiamine is the formulation name — the flagship identity under which Panacea Bio Chem develops and presents the complete product concept. It is not a retatrutide product with a vitamin added as an afterthought: it is a single, deliberately engineered architecture in which a potent weekly pharmacology and a nutritional-support hypothesis share one cartridge, one reconstitution and one administration event.
Retatrutide is an investigational once-weekly triple receptor agonist (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon). Thiamine — vitamin B1 — is required for cellular energy metabolism, and humans maintain only limited thiamine reserves. The Rethiamine concept responds to an emerging research concern: that powerful appetite suppression, reduced dietary intake and gastrointestinal intolerance during substantial pharmacologically driven weight loss may leave some individuals nutritionally vulnerable. Direct retatrutide-induced biochemical depletion of thiamine has not been established, and this website does not claim it.
